Returns

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Returns must be processed through our Loop Returns Portal, where a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
  • A $10 USD restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items (clearance, screen protectors, and Njord Gear+ Protection Plans) are non-returnable.

If a product was received as a gift, the return must be processed by the original purchaser. Any free gifts included in the order must be returned, or their value will be deducted from the refund.


Warranty

Njord Gear products are designed for maximum durability. However, if a product is defective or sustains accidental damage, we offer a 1-year warranty for free replacement under the following conditions:

  • Claims must be made through our Returns Portal, where a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
  • The damaged product must be returned before a replacement is issued.
  • If damage is deemed intentional (e.g., extreme misuse, destruction for content purposes), the claim may be denied.
  • Warranty coverage excludes lost or stolen products.

Our return and warranty policies apply globally with the same terms.

Shipping Time Estimates:

  • United States: 3-5 days via USPS
  • Canada: 3-5 Days via Canada Post
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 Days
  • Europe: 6-14 Days
  • Australia: 7-14 Days
  • New Zealand: 8-14 Days
  • International: 12-20 Days

All orders are shipped within 72 hours. 

If an incorrect address is entered, the customer will have to pay the $25 USD shipping fee to ship it again to another location.

Q: I ordered more than one product, but have received part of my order... what's happening?

A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Yes, you can, if your country's mailing service supports tracking numbers, all you have to do is check your original confirmation email for the tracking number or contact us through email our Support Team will be happy to send you your tracking number!
