 General Info: At Njord Gear, we really care about making our customers happy. Sometimes, though, our stuff might not be what you expected. If that happens, don't worry! We're here to help with returns, giving your money back, or swapping out the item.

About Our Products: Njord Gear Co. prides itself on offering rugged, durable smartwatches built to the highest standards with the finest materials available. Our products are engineered to withstand the rigors of daily work and activities under normal usage conditions. However, this does not render our products impervious to intentional acts of damage.

 

Contacting Support: To initiate a return, get in touch with our team at contact@njord-gear.com using the subject: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER.

Package Information: Ensure your ORDER NUMBER or relevant details are inside the returned package.

Visual Proof: Attach a photo or video explaining the reason for your return.

Conditions for Returns:
Returns accepted within 120 days of delivery for items.
Items should be returned with all included accessories in the original packaging.
Missing components will result in a $10 deduction from the refund.

Refund Timeframe: Upon receiving the product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

 Order Cancellation:  We aim to get our customer’s packages shipped out as fast as possible, because of this orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Email contact@njord-gear.com with "CANCEL + ORDER NUMBER" as the subject line.

Non-Refundable Fees: Njord Care Warranty Card and Express Shipping fees are not refundable.

Order Modifications: We can adjust aspects of your order, including item changes, addresses, shipping methods, and more.

Address Accuracy: Njord Gear isn't liable for customer-inputted address errors. Ensure accuracy to avoid loss.

Lost/Stolen Packages: If correctly addressed packages are lost or stolen during transit, we offer a full refund.

Packages Returned to Sender or Refused:
Upon receipt at our facilities, customers qualify for a no-cost reshipment or a complete refund.

Intentional Damage and Misuse: We will not replace products that have been intentionally damaged or misused by the user in ways that contradict our recommended use guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

  • Attempting to hammer a nail through the product's screen.
  • Using a hammer or any other tool to strike the screen and/or watch body.
  • Keeping the watch submerged in saltwater or freshwater for extended periods beyond our specified water resistance rating.
  • Attempting to set the product on fire or exposing it to open flames.

Proper Use and Care: We urge all our customers to follow the proper use and care instructions provided with the product. Our warranty and replacement policies cover manufacturing defects and normal use conditions but do not extend to cover damage resulting from intentional misuse or actions designed to test the product's durability limits beyond the scope of typical usage.

Shipping Time Estimates:

  • United States: 3-5 days via USPS
  • Canada: 3-5 Days via Canada Post
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 Days
  • Europe: 6-14 Days
  • Australia: 7-14 Days
  • New Zealand: 8-14 Days
  • International: 12-20 Days

All orders are shipped within 72 hours. 

If an incorrect address is entered, the customer will have to pay the $25 USD shipping fee to ship it again to another location.

re-shipping fee will be higher*

Q: I ordered more than one product, but have received part of my order... what's happening?

A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Yes, you can, if your country's mailing service supports tracking numbers, all you have to do is check your original confirmation email for the tracking number or contact us through email our Support Team will be happy to send you your tracking number!
