Returns & Warranty
What is the return policy?
You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. A $10 restocking fee applies, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Clearance items, screen protectors, and Njord Gear+ Protection Plans cannot be returned. If your order included a free gift, it must be returned, or its value will be deducted from the refund. Gift returns must be processed by the original purchaser. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Does the warranty cover accidental damage?
Yes, our 1-year warranty covers accidental damage. However, if the damage is deemed intentional—such as misuse or destruction for content purposes—the claim may be denied. Please note that lost or stolen products are not covered.
Can I purchase an extended warranty?
Yes, you can purchase the Njord Gear+ Protection Plan, which provides an additional 2 years of coverage beyond the standard 1-year warranty.
