Returns
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Returns must be processed through our Loop Returns Portal, where a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
- A $10 USD restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Final sale items (clearance, screen protectors, and Njord Gear+ Protection Plans) are non-returnable.
If a product was received as a gift, the return must be processed by the original purchaser. Any free gifts included in the order must be returned, or their value will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty
Njord Gear products are designed for maximum durability. However, if a product is defective or sustains accidental damage, we offer a 1-year warranty for free replacement under the following conditions:
- Claims must be made through our Returns Portal, where a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
- The damaged product must be returned before a replacement is issued.
- If damage is deemed intentional (e.g., extreme misuse, destruction for content purposes), the claim may be denied.
- Warranty coverage excludes lost or stolen products.
Our return and warranty policies apply globally with the same terms.

Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How long will shipping take?
Estimated shipping times vary by location:
- United States: 3-5 days via USPS
- Canada: 3-5 days via Purolator
- United Kingdom: 5-10 days
- Europe: 6-14 days
- Australia: 7-14 days
- New Zealand: 8-14 days
- International: 12-20 days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs processing or local carrier delays.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, the customer has a 1 business day window to modify their shipping address at checkout before their order is shipped out.
If not, the customer will be responsible for a $25 USD re-shipping fee to send the order to the correct address.
For orders over $90 USD, the re-shipping fee may be higher. Please double-check your address before placing your order to avoid additional fees.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some of our products ship from different warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive separately. If you receive part of your order first, rest assured that the remaining items are on their way.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. To track your order, visit our Track Your Order page or check with your local carrier if tracking is supported in your country.
